This year at Junior Eurovision the age limit has been shifted down one step. It used to be from 10 to 15, and now is from 9 to 14. However the Eurovision Song Contest still needs artists to be at least 16. Ben Robertson investigates why 15-year-olds are no longer suitable for the Eurovision stage.
