September 1st has passed, so any songs that make their public debut are now eligible for Eurovision 2013. Will anyone get their dates wrong this year and have to be disqualified? Looking at the history of the Song Contest, it’s very likely we’ll have some more disqualified songs looking to join the nine classic rule-breakers here.

It’s the last podcast of the quiet summer, before the September 1st deadline. We can plan more national Final trips, submit more songs, and from next week, can hopefully start listening as well.
