Monty Moncrieff
Monty Moncrieff has been a Eurovision fan since the 1970s, and this year celebrates his 20th anniversary of attending a Contest. He blogs from the Contest with OnEurope, seeking to highlight the delights and absurdities on stage, whilst reporting back on Eurovision’s varied social and recreational programme. (Yes, he likes to party.)
In real life he’s the Chief Executive of London Friend, a charity working to improve the health and wellbeing of LGBT people, and has a keen interest on the interface between the Contest, LGBT equality, and its LGBT fanbase.
