James Stephenson is a writer, producer and broadcaster who lives and breathes Eurovision. He is the presenter of Eurovision Uncovered, a brand-new podcast for ESC Insight, and is the creator of The Model: the contest’s most talked-about prediction tool. James was previously a News Editor at Eurovoix, and Lead Producer and host of its podcast series, ‘Wrap-Up’, from 2023 to 2025.

James has covered two Eurovision editions in-person in Malmö and Basel, and reported independently on some of the contest’s most crucial stories. He’s also interviewed more than 50 artists who have competed at Eurovision and asked the questions that matter to the contest’s key decision-makers.
