A longtime music and trivia fan, Erik Nelson was introduced to Eurovision by close friend and fellow fan Samantha Ross. Together, they co-host the podcast 12 Points from America. Outside of the ESC sphere, Erik is a writer and tech engineer, and is active in local and national quizzing events both as a player and a staffer. He lives in Roseville, Minnesota with his cat, Zelda.
