Nicoline Refsing has a long and storied career at the Eurovision Song Contest, working with numerous artists at Eurovision and Junior Eurovision, as well as taking on the 2014 Contest in Copenhagen as Creative Director and Content Producer.  This year, she is working with Dons to bring ‘Hollow’ to the Malmö Arena stage.

How does the collaborative process work between creatives at the Song Contest, how does knowledge of the show and the stage impact the choices being made, and how do these change throughout the rehearsal period? And how do you build a career designing the biggest musical events in the world?
