ESC Insight’s Plans For Junior Eurovision 2023 Written by on November 19, 2023

In one week’s time, sixteen delegations from across Europe will take part in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2023 from the Palais Nikaïa in Nice, France. Over the next week, ESC Insight will explore the world of Junior Eurovision to help you get ready for the big show on Sunday 26th November.

Our Coverage

Over the next week, ESC Insight will have articles covering Junior Eurovision 2023 in more detail. We will be in Nice to give any reports from the Opening Ceremony and an analysis of the running order for Junior Eurovision announced that same evening.

We also plan to look at the issues surrounding Junior Eurovision as we progress through the week. Why has Estonia decided to debut? What are the details of the new Safeguarding Policy for Junior Eurovision? Why is this the first Junior Eurovision where all the Big 5 enter? All this and much more is planned throughout our written content throughout the week.

Before that, we have updated last year’s “A Guide To Your First Junior Eurovision” with all you need to know about how the show is organised and the key differences between this show and the show in May.

In addition to our written articles, Ben Robertson will be continuing as your podcast host on the ground in Nice. All being well we expect to produce a preview show, post-rehearsal low-down and post-results review of the show during this week’s coverage. If you have any suggestions for the in-depth, behind-the-scenes topics you want to see at Junior Eurovision then please get in touch with the team in Nice via ben@escinsight.com
