    The EBU decision about the backing vocals is a classic case of a one off/temporary decision, which become a permanent one(Australia, anyone). As usual the decision doesn’t take into consideration any counter arguments.

    One can hope that the EBU will be more strict about imposing the rule of no backing vocals to inhance the vocals of the lead singer because in 2021 they failed miserably in that section.
