Breaking Interval Act News In Our Newsletter Written by on May 4, 2014

Our newsletters are as always being published every day direct to your email box to give you the latest news from the Eurovision bubble.

We at ESC Insight get Ben Robertson to be our super-sleuth to find the best of the best and to accumulate the most important bits of Eurovision news in one place each day.  Today we have uncovered news about the interval acts which you can read directly on our newsletter.  Look out too for Robertson’s Reflection in each newsletter, today it was all about Eurovision fatigue.

That fatigue also passes to the artists too.  For almost very one of the seemingly infinite interviews Conchita gave to the assembled press yesterday, a chorus of Rise Like A Phoenix was sung down their camera.  The group from Malta performed last night, and are gigging today at Eurovision Village and then also down to Euro Fan Cafe for the evening and finally down at EuroClub on Monday again with a 02:30 slot.  They are going to be busy and they are going to be tired, and you have to worry about them being able to give their all not just for the Wednesday night Jury performance, but also from there further to the Thursday, Friday and Saturday shows too.

Many artists get tired.  Some like Ruth Lorenzo had been ordered to rest up, and now is the time when the voices may start to crack and the strains may start to appear.  Whether you are press or fan or performing in the big show, do what you can to get some rest.

Anyone can read today’s newsletter online, and subscribe at the same time, from this link. You can even find old newsletters in our archive.  The newsletter will now be going daily until we have a winner for the 2014 Song Contest!
