As the world welcomes in 2015, there’s time for one more podcast in 2014 from the ESC Insight team. With two more songs selected over the festive break, as well as more news, dates, and performers, announced for the National Finals, the new Eurovision year is well under way.

Belarus and Albania take the song count to five, we have our three hosts, Vienna has a single Eurovision tram, and some music from Udo Juergens.

    Off topic and yet belong to the last podcast of 2014.

    The best #ESC250 for this year has been published by 12points.tv(for the full list-see link below).

    Several new comers to the list, including 1 of the worst ESC song ever(see #213).

    14 entries from Israel, 10 of which in the top 100, including a surprise new entry at #27. I can’t explain such big representation, but it seems that a big chunk of the 3600 voters, were from Israel.

    Some songs spectacularly moving down the list(see #234, #212 & even #159) and some songs spectacularly climbing up(see#80 & #72),

    In short it was fun to listen.
