Terry Vision is wonderful. I may be in a minority among ESC fans but I was a fan of Terry Wogan and I love the way that you have reinvented him and that you have got the performers to join in the fun. Well done Ewan – there should be an award for this. Web journalism at its best and funniest. As I write this I’m looking out on the statue of the fisherman’s wife in Gothenburg (as featured in the 1985 postcard before the Irish entry ‘Wait until the weekend comes’!) I’m working as a photographer at the speedway grand prix at Ullevi tonight. I won’t see the final live and I’m trying to work out whether my odds of getting back to the hotel to watch the contest on the SVT player without finding out the result are as good as those of Sweden winning – I fear not.
