Eurovision Insight Podcast: Summer Schlager Written by on July 5, 2011 | 2 Comments

It might be time for Summer Holiday (and a certain Cliff Richard album was blaring out of the family car on the way to the airport), and I might be in a rather delightful corner of Ireland, but even now there’s fun and games from the world of the Eurovision Song Contest.

Eurovision Insight Podcast: Summer Schlager

News from the recent Reference Group meeting on the 2012 Contest, more dates and names from Junior Eurovision, Norway announces a few national Final details, and some summer music from Hera Bjork.

Are you in a pub or the ailwee caves?

I’m rather unimpressed with Hera’s new song, which is a bit strange as I normally love schlager.

Hope your enjoying your holiday (the rain is meant to get warmer at the end of the week).
