Hopefully you all enjoyed my commentary track on the podcast at last night’s semi-final, but Eurovision never stops. it’s on with planning the second semi-final and finding out more stories of the people at the Song Contest.

Today it’s the turn of another commentator – Paddy O’Connell who runs the semi-final coverage on BBC3 in the United Kingdom. How much does he know about the contest, how much does he love it, what does he do to prepare for the live broadcasts, and how did he feel when Graham Norton replaced Terry Wogan and left him as the bridesmaid?
