Eurovision 2010 Podcast: Juke Box Jury #1 Written by on May 4, 2010

Eurovision Juke Box Jury #1 (MP3 17.8 MB 19 minutes 23 seconds)

Every Eurovision website has the task of going through each song in turn and talking about their chances. The Eurovision podcast is no different, but I wanted to play a bit with format and expectation. So rather than a factual look at each country and their song, I decided to use the Juke Box Jury format.

Over the next two to three weeks, I’ll be inviting a number of Eurovision fans onto the podcast to judge five Eurovision entries per show. We’ll vote them as a hit, miss or maybe, and air a snippet of each song as well. If you want to stay unspoiled for the live finals, then hopefully the 30 second clips won’t spoil the experience.

For everyone else, if you want to hear the full songs then .

Time to kick things off with the first Juke Box Jury of the 55th Eurovision Song Contest!
